RETURN POLICY
No Standard Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Each Khushnuma product is crafted with care and inspected thoroughly before dispatch.
Limited Exchange for Quality Issues
If you experience quality issues with your purchase, please note our policy:

EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you believe your product has a quality defect:

Shipping costs for returns due to quality issues will be borne by Khushnuma.

Our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery) will handle the pickup and delivery process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before the item is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
NO CHARGE BACKS
By making a purchase on Khushnuma, you agree not to initiate charge backs through your payment provider. Any disputes should be resolved directly with our customer service team.
