We currently ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if your pin code is serviceable.

Tracking Updates

Our logistics partners (Shiprocket and Delhivery) provide real-time tracking updates. Please note there may be a delay of up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Restricted Areas

Some remote areas and containment zones may have delivery restrictions. We will notify you if your delivery address falls under such areas.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to addresses within India only.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our facility.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Unavailability of recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

You may be charged for reshipping. Alternatively, we can process a refund minus the shipping charges.

Delivery Verification

All deliveries require signature verification. In some cases, our delivery partners may take a photograph of the delivered package.

DELAYS AND ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare instance that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

PAYMENT AND CUSTOMS

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for select pin codes only.

  • A ₹150 handling charge applies to all COD orders.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

  • All COD orders may be verified via call, WhatsApp, or email before shipping.

Payment Confirmation

Orders paid through Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe are processed only after payment confirmation is received.

GST and Documentation

All shipments include proper invoicing with GST details as per Indian taxation requirements. The invoice will be included in your package and also sent to your registered email.

BULK ORDERS

For bulk orders or corporate gifting, please contact our customer service team for special shipping arrangements and potential discounts on shipping fees.
